Due to works taking place on the Foot Passenger gangway at Heysham Terminal from Monday 20th April, all foot passengers will embark & disembark via a coach onto the vessel. This works are anticipated to be complete by 26th April.

Performance
The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company signed the Sea Services Agreement with the Isle of Man Government's Department of Infrastructure in May 2019. The Sea Services Agreement sets service levels for operation to the Isle of Man.
In the 12 months to March 2026, IOMSPC sailings were 79% punctual. Sailings that depart early or within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time, are classed as punctual. This does not include sailings with emergency response.
In the 12 months to March 2026, IOMSPC sailings were 96% reliable. Reliability is determined by the number of actual sailings as a percentage (%) of all scheduled sailings, inclusive of weather cancellations. All cancellations in March occurred as a result of weather disruptions.
