If travelling with hand luggage you can proceed straight to security with your QR code / booking reference.
Bicycle passengers check in at the vehicle check in with your QR code / booking reference. Please note, you must dismount your bicycle when embarking and disembarking the vessels.
Please check the individual ports pages for check in open times & location of vehicle booths check in. Last check-in for car drivers and their passengers is 45 minutes prior to departure. Foot passengers should check-in at the Passenger Terminal. Last check in for foot passengers is 25 minutes prior to departure
While we don’t require customers to present passports/IDs at check-in, all customers are reminded that they must carry identification in line with our Conditions of Carriage and the Aviation and Maritime Security Act 1990, and must be able to produce it on demand.
