We will always do our utmost to keep passengers informed if we are aware of any potential or actual delay. We do this via a number of means. Passengers are reminded of the importance of ensuring they provide us with working email addresses and mobile numbers for their bookings. Where changes to sailings are made well in advance of the scheduled date we will email all passengers. If disruption occurs closer to a sailing date we may choose to send SMS warnings to passengers on affected sailings. We will also broadcast changes on the Sailings status tab on the homepage of the website. You can also subscribe to our Whatsapp broadcast channel in order to be informed of changes to service.

If the sailing you are booked on is cancelled you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer to another sailing. If you opt for a refund we aim to process refunds within 28 days of receipt of application.
