Foot passengers can check in unlimited luggage free of charge, with each item weighing up to 23kg. Small personal items may still be taken onboard as long as they can be carried safely and do not obstruct others. Kings’ House (former Kings Guest House) in Douglas, Isle of Man, has been well known for many years. Located directly on Douglas Beach on Queens Road, it offers a prime seaside stay.
One of the first buildings on Douglas promenade, dating back to around 1822. Once home to Lord Atholl, of the ruling Atholl family, it has served as both a private residence and a guest house. Recognised as a registered building, it retains much of its original charm while offering modern comforts.
With spacious rooms, en-suite facilities, and stunning views over Douglas Bay, Kings’ House remains a welcoming destination for visitors seeking history and relaxation.
