Foot passengers can check in unlimited luggage free of charge, with each item weighing up to 23kg. Small personal items may still be taken onboard as long as they can be carried safely and do not obstruct others. During our busiest period, we are applying these existing luggage rules more consistently to maintain a safe, comfortable and accessible environment for all passengers. Accessible cabins
For accessible yet luxurious accommodation, including options for guests travelling with pets, we offer several cabin types.
All accessible cabins are designed for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Availability is limited and must be booked in advance. Non-wheelchair users with disabilities may book these, but wheelchair users have priority and others may be reassigned if required.
Accessible 4 Berth Internal Cabin – Standard comforts with added accessible features. 2 available.
Accessible 4 Berth Sea View Cabin – Sea views plus accessible amenities, including a reduced-height double bed (2 available).
These cabins include a double bed, convertible sofa bed, and a 46" TV with on-demand video.
Accessible & Pet 4 Berth Sea View Cabin – Accessible sea-view cabins that also welcome pets (2 available)

With plenty of space for your pet to feel comfortable, these cabins ensure a relaxing journey for both you and your pet.
There is a maximum of 2 pets per cabin. Pet cabins must be booked before travel.

If booking online, once you have selected the sailings you are after, you will proceed to the ‘Extra’s page’. Here you will be able select the onboard accommodation you require. Please read the descriptions, as we have both 4 berth and 2 berth cabins, as well as internal and sea view cabins. Select the number of cabins you require, then proceed.
If you have a registered online account with ourselves, you can do this online. You will need to log into your account and select the booking you wish to add amend. Click ‘update accomm/seats’, it will bring you to the ‘extras’ page here you can add the accommodation type you require and proceed. Yes, you can book any of our accessible cabins, however wheelchair users will be given priority due to the limited amount of cabins. You are welcome to book one of the accessible cabins, but you may be asked to move to a different cabin type.
