The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company highlighted its Ireland services at the Dublin World Travel Show, which took place at the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin from Friday  23 to Sunday 25 January 2026.

During the trade and media morning on Friday  23 January, the Steam Packet Company, together with Visit Isle of Man, was on hand to showcase travel opportunities between the Isle of Man and Ireland, including its established Dublin route. The team was available throughout the show to meet travel trade partners and the public to discuss sailings, connectivity, destination highlights, and the benefits of ferry travel across the Irish Sea. TT legend Phillip McCallen was also in attendance on the IOMSPC stand, where he met and greeted visitors throughout the event.

The Holiday World Travel show was attended by Dan Walker, Marketing and Online Manager and Sophie Stoutt, Digital Marketing Executive, on behalf of the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company and Stuart Clague, Business Development Executive and Rachel Wagstaffe, Customer Service Development Manager, on behalf of Visit Isle of Man.

Brian Thomson said: " The Dublin World Travel Show provided a great platform to connect with the Irish travel trade and public as we highlighted our services to Ireland. Our Dublin sailings are an important link supporting tourism, business and leisure travel, and we were delighted to showcase what we offer to a wider audience.”

The Steam Packet Company continues to operate its established Ireland sailings, with the Manannan and Manxman serving the Dublin route from April. From July 2026, the Ben‑my‑Chree will become the dedicated vessel for Ireland services, bringing increased capacity, reliability and onboard comfort following an extensive interior refurbishment.

The Ireland programme complements improvements across the Company’s core network, including enhanced Liverpool sailings during the summer season, and initiatives such as Kids Go Free and 10% off Flexi Fares, designed to support passenger growth and accessibility.

The Dublin World Travel Show was one of Ireland’s largest travel exhibitions, attracting thousands of visitors each year and offering expert advice, travel inspiration and exclusive offers across a global range of destinations. The Steam Packet Company and Visit Isle of Man were available throughout the show to discuss sailings, travel options and Island highlights with trade partners and the public.

Earlier this month, the Steam Packet Company also attended the Holiday World Show in Belfast, which proved to be a very successful opportunity to engage with the travel trade, media and public.

The full 2026/27 sailing schedule is now available to book via the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company website.
