The Company are recruiting for a Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
The Electrical Officer is responsible to the Chief Engineer Officer for the safe operation and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment, including those in passenger areas of the vessel, and public address systems.
He must be fully conversant with the safe and efficient operation of firefighting and safety equipment.
He must advise the Chief Engineer immediately of any defect which may affect the safety or efficient operation of the ship.
Responsible for maintenance of equipment and control of spares and consumables as assigned to them in the C/E’s Standing Orders.
Skills and Qualifications
• STCW, including medical first aid
• UK right to work
