Hospice Half Marathon 2026
Set sail to the Isle of Man this spring and join us in the charming town of Ramsey, in the beautiful north of the Island, for the Flutter International Hospice Half Marathon on Sunday, 22nd March 2026!
This exciting event features a flat and fast course, with the start and finish lines situated in Ramsey Town Centre, all set on closed roads for the entire race.
Whether you're a first-time runner or an experienced athlete aiming to improve your time, this event is open to all.
Travel, accommodation & race entry made easy
We’re proud to support Hospice by offering all-in-one travel and accommodation packages through Steam Packet Holidays, which include your half marathon entry and race arrangements. All you need to focus on is your training, while we take care of the rest, whether you travel as a foot passenger or bring your own vehicle.

Inclusions: All participants receive a free branded half marathon t-shirt
By participating, runners will help raise £30,000, funding up to 140 essential palliative care nursing visits for patients receiving end-of-life care at home. The Hospice at Home service ensures people with life-limiting illnesses can receive expert nursing care and support in the comfort of their own homes, fulfilling the wish to spend their final days in a familiar and loving environment.
