Prize Draw Terms & Conditions 1. Promoter: The promoter is Isle of Man Steam Packet Company, Imperial Buildings, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2BY (“the Promoter”). 2. Promotion Period: The competition runs from 00:01 on 1 July 2026 until 23:59 on 1 September 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be entered into the draw. 3. Eligibility: Open to residents of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man, aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible. One entry per person. 4. How to Enter: Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Entrants may enter by: Registering their interest in person at participating event stands; or Registering their interest online via the event landing page. Participants must provide their name and email address for the purposes of administering the prize draw and to allow the Promoter to contact them with information relating to Isle of Man Steam Packet Company and Steam Packet Holidays’ offers, sailing details, and booking information for the 2027 Southern 100 Road Races. By registering interest, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter will contact them when Southern 100 travel offers, sailing schedules, or booking options become available. Marketing updates unrelated to the Southern 100 are optional and require a separate opt in. 5. Prize: One winner will receive a £200 Isle of Man Steam Packet Company travel voucher. The voucher can be used towards travel booked directly with the Promoter. The voucher is non transferable, non exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Standard booking terms apply. 6. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within 14 days of the Promotion Period ending. The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random computerised process or independently supervised manual draw. 7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email provided within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days. If no response is received, the Promoter may select an alternative winner. 8. Data Protection: Personal data will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting entrants with Southern 100 specific travel information for 2027. Optional marketing consent will be used only for information related to the Promoter's services, offers and packages. Data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice. 9. Publicity: The Promoter may publish the winner’s surname and county/territory of residence. Entrants may object, but regulatory bodies may still require disclosure. 10. General The Promoter may verify eligibility and refuse incomplete or late entries. The Promoter may amend or withdraw the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter’s decision is final. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
