As the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company looks forward to a busy couple of years, featuring major service improvements - including the launch of new routes and schedules - we're asking Isle of Man residents to let us know their priorities for improvements elsewhere in the business.

Building on the foundation established by our Island Insights surveys conducted in 2024 and 2025, the new survey looks at specific user groups within our community and asks for priorities in ensuring the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company lives up to the promise we have made to become a truly customer first organisation.

We know that everyday we welcome users with diverse needs, preferences, motivations and expectations. Although we can't be everything to everyone, we want to make sure that as we go forward we continue to improve and earn the trust and goodwill of the wonderful community we're proud to serve.

To make sure the results truly reflect our whole community, we’re aiming to hear from people across different ages, backgrounds and situations.

Because of this, we may limit responses from certain groups once we’ve reached enough participants in that category. If the survey closes early for you, please know this simply means we’ve already received plenty of responses from people with similar profiles – not that your voice isn’t valued.

The survey can be accessed on this link: https://surveys.strat7audiences.com/survey/selfserve/c03/251223?list=101

The survey will be accessible until 16th January but, as above, it will close early if we receive sufficient responses before that date.

The survey is anonymous, but gives respondents the opportunity to sign up to take part in further surveys in the future. There is no obligation to provide personal information.
