Vacancy HR Administrator Full-time position
A vacancy has arisen within the Human Resources Department for a HR Administrator.

Responsibilities include:

• Organising training venues, logistics, transport and accommodation for both ship
  and shore personnel
• Calibrate and maintain on-board breathalyser equipment
• Payroll administration
• Identifying training need and sourcing external/internal training
• Production of accurate reports
• Manage, organise and update relevant data using Company database applications for both ship and shore
• Manage job offer processes of obtaining references, certification checks,
  appointment letters, T&C’s and starter forms for payroll
• Assist HR Officers with crew travel
• Day to day office housekeeping

Skills

• Strong PC literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, email and internet
• GCSE standard or equivalent level of education
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to plan, prioritise and work on own
  initiative.
• Be able to co-ordinate multiple tasks and projects at the same time
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy
• Ability/willingness to learn
