Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is promoted by Isle of Man Steam Packet Company Limited and Steam Packet Holidays ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Entrants should be actively involved in organising, managing or coordinating a:
•    Car Club
•    Motorcycle Club
•    Owners' Club
•    Marque Club
•    Touring Group
•    Automotive or Motorcycle Association

2.3 Employees of the Promoter, associated companies, agencies involved in the administration of the competition, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.4 Only one entry per person will be accepted.

2.5 No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition opens on 15 September 2026.

3.2 The competition closes at 23:59 on 30 October 2026.

3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:
•    Complete the online entry form in full.
•    Provide valid contact details.
•    Accept these Terms & Conditions.

Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a: Group Organiser Familiarisation Trip Worth Approximately £500

The prize includes:
•    Return ferry travel for one vehicle and driver
•    Two nights' bed and breakfast accommodation at Ramsey Park Hotel
•    Isle of Man visitor information
•    Suggested motoring itineraries and touring routes

The prize is intended to allow the winner to experience the Isle of Man first-hand when considering future group travel opportunities.

There is no obligation to subsequently book a group trip.

6. Prize Conditions

6.1 The prize is subject to availability.

6.2 The prize must be booked and completed by 31 October 2027.

6.3 Travel dates must be agreed with Steam Packet Holidays.

6.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.

6.5 The winner is responsible for any costs not specifically included in the prize, including but not limited to:
•    Meals (other than breakfast)
•    Fuel
•    Travel insurance
•    Visitor attractions
•    Upgrades
•    Personal expenses

6.6 The prize cannot be redeemed during the Isle of Man TT Races, Southern 100, Manx Grand Prix, or any other major motorsport event periods as determined by the Promoter.

6.7 If the winner is unable to travel on their preferred dates, alternative dates will be offered subject to availability.

7. Winner Selection

7.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

7.2 The draw will take place on or before 6 November 2026.

7.3 The winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone no later than 6 November 2026.

8. Claiming the Prize

8.1 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification.

8.2 If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, declines the prize or is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Marketing & Communications

9.1 Personal data will be used to administer the competition.

9.2 Entrants who opt in to marketing communications agree to receive information from Isle of Man Steam Packet Company and Steam Packet Holidays relating to:

Group travel packages
Car club and motorcycle group offers
Isle of Man events
Tourism news
Travel inspiration
Special promotions

9.3 Consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in communications.

10. Data Protection

10.1 The Promoter will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and its Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data collected through the competition will only be used for competition administration and, where consent is provided, marketing communications.

11. Publicity

11.1 The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.

11.2 This may include publication of:
•    Winner's name
•    Club name
•    Photographs from the familiarisation visit on websites, social media channels and promotional materials.

12. General

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.2 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man Courts.
