Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
A vacancy has arisen for a Personal Assistant to assist and support the Managing Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Field telephone calls
- Manage diary / check e-mails
- Arrange Managing Directors business travel
- Provide communication point when Managing Director is away
- Co-ordinate Board meetings
- Administer program of corporate lunches, coffee / tea
- Word processing
- Customer letters
- Filing system
- Expenses
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in administrative role
- Organised and responsible, methodical approach
- Accuracy and attention to detail with strong numeracy skills
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Be a proactive and confident individual, capable of operating autonomously and as part of a team
- Well organised, deadline orientated and the ability to multi task
