Discover a brilliant darts event

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has been a proud supporter of the Isle of Man International Darts Festival for many years. This is our guide to a thrilling event that combines top-notch darts action with a mini-break in the charming Isle of Man.

When is it on?

The four day darts extravaganza is held at the iconic Villa Marina in Douglas, the capital of the Isle of Man. It is usually held in early March (in 2025 it ran from March 6th to March 9th), culminating with the grand finals on Sunday afternoon.

The 2025 event was free for spectators, offering an unmissable atmosphere and the chance to watch top flight darts players in a relatively intimate setting.

Dates for the 2026 event have not yet been confirmed. We'll update this page as soon as we have further details.

Why Visit?

The Isle of Man International Darts Festival has a rich history and strong following. Great names such as Phil Taylor and Gary Anderson have added their name to the silverware. The Villa Marina is great venue for darts, but the influx of professionals and fans also adds to the lively nightlife of Douglas with the local pubs in particular benefitting from the trade.

The Isle of Man International Darts Festival has seen many remarkable players crowned as champions over the years. One standout name is Luke Littler, nicknamed "The Nuke," who has made waves in the darts world. Littler, a teenage sensation, became the youngest world champion in darts history at just 17 years old. His incredible talent and consistency have earned him multiple titles, including the Isle of Man Classic in 2023. Littler's rise to prominence has been nothing short of extraordinary, and he continues to inspire fans and players alike.
