The Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread in several countries and the situation has our fullest attention. The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We have confirmed that amendment fees will be waived for the time being until 30 April to allow passengers to book alternative services later in the year. Some passengers who have booked non-refundable special offers for travel in the shorter term may wish to cancel and obtain a refund and the Company will in these special circumstances consider written/email applications for a refund. Read more here

Please be aware that any passenger intending to arrive on the Isle of Man after 0630am on Friday 27th March must hold an authorisation issued by the Chief Secretary to confirm that the passenger is a person who is required to perform specific essential work on the Isle of Man.  Authorisation requests must be made 24 hours prior to the intended date and time of travel by contacting [email protected]  Read more here.

FERRY TRAVEL SHOP OPENING HOURS

09:00 - 18:00 Daily

In addition to these times, the Ferry Travel Shop will be open during the check-in times of all departing sailings.

On Sundays from Mid September to the end of April the Ferry Travel Shop will only be open during the sailing check-in times.

CHECK-IN

Car passengers should check-in at the vehicle booths at the entrance to the port. The latest check-in for car drivers and their passengers is 45 minutes prior to departure.

Foot passengers should proceed into the Sea Terminal Departure Lounge and present their tickets at the check-in desks at least 25 minutes prior to departure.

CAR PARKING FACILITIES

Short and long term pay and display facilities are available near to the Sea Terminal. Current charges are £5.50 per 24 hours with a maximum stay of one month.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Douglas Bus Station is located approximately 400m walk from the Sea Terminal on Lord Street. Please visit the Bus Vannin website for the latest bus timetables.

There is a Taxi rank situated at the front of the Sea Terminal.

CATERING FACILITIES

A Costa Coffee is located in the Terminal building along with a range of vending machines.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A cash dispenser issuing English Sterling, is available immediately outside the Sea Terminal.
