Give it a ‘Try-Athlon’ (19th May)

Following the success of Isle of Play’s inaugural Give it a ‘Try-Athlon’ in 2023, many families will be pleased to hear that the event will be returning for 2024.

In reverse order to a usual triathlon, you begin with a 7k walk/run at Fenella Beach in Peel, heading North before making your way along the Ramsey to St John railway path and ending behind the Tynwald Inn (St Johns). This is where the second leg begins, with a 5k cycle along the old railway path towards Peel and culminating at Fenella Beach, where you will swim one width of the beach or just splash around in the water to complete your ‘Try-Athlon’.

This event is suitable for all age groups and abilities.
