Repairs to Ben-my-Chree’s starboard pitch control have been carried out and reinstatement work is underway on board.

The scheduled Ben-my-Chree 1945 IOM-Heysham sailing will now depart Douglas at 2200, with passengers able to board from 1800.

With the previously announced extra Manannan sailing to Heysham at 23.45am, and the chartered freighter, Arrow, undertaking an additional IOM-Heysham freight service at 1700, and a return from Heysham at 0100, the Company hopes to return to normal schedules in time for tomorrow’s (Wednesday) 0845 Ben-my-Chree sailing to Heysham.
