ISLE OF MAN STEAM PACKET COMPANY WELCOMES LESLEY GARRETT TO ISLAND

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company welcomed acclaimed opera singer, Lesley Garrett, to the Isle of Man yesterday afternoon.

The hugely popular soprano arrived on the Island with her 30-strong team, to perform at the Villa Marina for one night only. The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company was pleased to sponsor a large proportion of the team’s ferry travel to and from the Island, in support of this event.

Marketing Manager Renée Caley met Ms Garrett with a bouquet of flowers. She said: “We’re proud to be involved in bringing one of the UK’s best loved performers to the Isle of Man. Ms Garrett was charming in person and absolutely outstanding on stage”.
