Passengers on board the fast craft Manannan and the Ben-my-Chree contributed a total of £20,782 for the Rob Vine Fund during collections on sailings throughout TT fortnight.
The outstanding generosity of Isle of Man Steam Packet Company passengers takes the total raised over the past 24 years to more than £275,000.
Steam Packet Company staff and crew this afternoon (Wednesday) handed over a cheque to volunteers from the Fund - which provides pre-hospital medical and rescue care, equipment and training for doctors, paramedics and others at motorsport events held in the Isle of Man.
The Rob Vine Fund also took the delivery of a new Phil Hogg rescue ambulance this week which the Steam Packet Company was delighted to help bring to the island.
Dr David Stevens MBE, Secretary and Director of the Rob Vine Fund, said: ‘Once again we have been overwhelmed by the incredible generosity of TT fans who show such fantastic support for the Fund.
‘The Rob Vine Fund and Hogg Motorsport Association work closely together to ensure vital medical and rescue equipment is available, that medic training continues and that frontline vehicles are available for motorsport events.
‘That the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company recognises the essential work both of us make to the sport is greatly appreciated.’
