Please read all of this information before proceeding with your provisional deposit only booking. Once you have read this information you will be able to book from our Homepage.
Each year during the TT races and up until the end of the year we release provisional sailing details and take deposit only bookings for the following year’s TT races so we are able to gauge demand and so you are able to secure your place.
This is a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit only booking on which the initial deposit charge will be £50/€63 for ANY vehicle type and £10/€12 for foot passenger travel. As a guide to the total final price, next year’s standard A or B tariff fares will be based on the previous year’s standard A or B tariff fares adjusted for RPI inflation.
You will be notified of your total fare by the end of January in the year of travel. Your remaining balance must be received by the end of February in the year of travel. If this is not received your booking will be cancelled and you will forfeit your non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Non-refundable and non-transferable deposit confirmations are not valid for travel until the full standard fare has been paid.
Credit cards carry a £3/€4 surcharge. Please use a debit card to avoid this payment.
Please note that all provisional sailings are indicative only of actual sailing times, vessels, dates and departure ports. When your booking is confirmed be aware that these sailing times, vessels, dates and departure ports may have to be revised. Actual sailing times, vessels, dates and departure ports will be confirmed as early as possible. Full payment does not alter the fact that the booking is provisional and changes to the actual sailing times, vessels, dates and departure ports could still occur.
We will confirm provisional sailing details as soon as possible and you will be notified of any changes. Please ensure you have given us both home and away (mobile) telephone contact details as well as a valid email address.

If ‘Motorcycle’ is selected from the dropdown under ‘Vehicle/Passenger’ you will be given the option to book a number of vehicles (motorcycles) by selecting a number up to a maximum of 8. This will be limited to the number of Adult Passengers you have selected.
Please then follow the booking process. During the booking process you can add extras to your trip. As the TT period will be busy you may want to reserve seats in advance in the Niarbyl Lounge or treat yourself to an upgrade in the Premium Lounge. Please note that some of these facilities may not be available once your booking is confirmed. If this is the case you will be refunded in full for any extras we cannot provide.
During the booking process you will be given the option to ‘Log In’ or ‘Register’. If you have not already registered with us we strongly recommend that you do as this will enable you to log in and pay your remaining balance online. Once you have registered you will be sent an email and once you have clicked on the link to activate your account your TT deposit booking will be linked to your account and can be reviewed when you are logged in.
Once you have finished the booking process you will be emailed confirmation of your non-refundable and non-transferable deposit booking. However, we request that you print the deposit confirmation immediately and draw your attention to your Booking Reference which will be our guide if there are any queries at a later point with your TT deposit booking.
Please note that schedules can subsequently change due to port slot restrictions but these are always kept to an absolute minimum. If there are any schedule changes you will be notified of your new sailing details as soon as possible.
Please note that TT 2019 Bookings will open on Monday 21st May 2018.

If payment is not received, then your booking will be cancelled and you will lose your non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.
Provisional sailing times and dates: We cannot guarantee that this will be the actual sailing time or date due to vessel availability and port slot restrictions, but we will do our utmost to minimise disruption.
Provisional ports of departure and vessels: We cannot guarantee that the vessel or port of departure will be the same due to vessel availability and slot times.
TT non-refundable and non-transferable deposit bookings are also subject to the Company's general Terms and Conditions and also Conditions of Carriage.
In the event of a conflict between the Company's general Terms and Conditions and the TT Deposit Booking Terms and Conditions, the TT Deposit Booking Terms and Conditions will apply.
