1. Vouchers can be redeemed through the Company website, Company call centre or Company ferry terminals.
  2. Vouchers can be used either as full or as part payment of Company passenger fares but cannot be used as payment for freight charges, third party payments, “Rail & Sail” bookings or Steam Packet Holiday packages.
  3. Vouchers cannot:-
    (a) be redeemed or exchanged for cash
    (b) be redeemed or used in any way on board Company Vessels
    (c) be used to purchase further vouchers
    (d) be redeemed through travel agents
  4. Vouchers and any unused part of a voucher become void after the expiration of one year from the date of purchase.
  5. Vouchers are not transferable.
  6. One or more vouchers can be redeemed for the purpose of a booking.
  7. If the cost of a booking exceeds the value of the voucher or vouchers used for that booking the balance must be paid in cash, by credit card or by debit card.
  8. Where vouchers have been used to pay the cost of a booking any refund associated with such booking shall be paid in vouchers. Where vouchers have been used in part payment of the cost of a booking any associated refund may at the Company’s discretion be made in vouchers or partly in vouchers and partly by cash/card refund.
  9. Vouchers will be void if defaced, lost, stolen or altered in any way and the Company will not be required to replace a voucher certificate in any circumstances.
  10. For security reasons it is a requirement to register at www.steam-packet.com and log in if purchasing or redeeming vouchers on line. On-line fares are only available at this website. Do not disclose your voucher passcode to anyone.
