The Isle of Man Steam Packet fast craft Superseacat Two will enter the spirit of the 2006 TT Festival by racing around the Isle of Man on Thursday 8^th June.

The ‘Round the Island’ cruises operated by the Company have long been a hugely popular event enjoyed by visitors and residents alike providing passengers with unique and superb views of the Island’s varied coastline.

Rupert Trevelyan, Steam Packet Director of Marketing said, ‘The Steam Packet has been closely associated with the TT Races since the very first race in 1907 and we are already gearing up for the centenary festival next year. To add to our sponsorship of the Junior Lightweight Race we are joining in by operating a fast ‘lap’ around the

Island. Whilst it will not be as fast as the TT course it will be great fun’.

Superseacat Two will depart Douglas harbour at 12.30 hours on Thursday 8^th June with tickets costing £15.00 per adult and £7.50 per child (under 16years of age).

The ticket price will include a complimentary glass of champagne per adult with each child receiving a soft drink.

In addition, the Company are presenting every passenger with a commemorative certificate to mark the special TT sailing.
