Ben-my-Chree will return to service from its biennial maintenance as planned on Monday, April 14.

She has been in dry dock since the start of April and her first sailing will be the 14.15 Heysham-Isle of Man service.

Ben-my-Chree had been scheduled to return to service for the 08.45 Isle of Man-Heysham sailing on Monday. However, during maintenance it was found additional work was required and this has caused the slight delay.

Viking will now depart for Liverpool at 08.30 (one hour later than scheduled) on Monday, with both the 07.30 Isle of Man-Liverpool and 08.45 Isle of Man-Heysham passengers.

This service will arrive in Liverpool at approximately 11.00. A courtesy couch will depart Liverpool at approximately 11.00 to transfer passengers to Heysham if required. The coach will drop passengers off at Lancaster Railway station and Heysham Port.

The 11.15 service from Liverpool will now be rescheduled to depart at 12.00, arriving in Douglas at 14.30.

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company is taking steps to contact any passengers affected by the changes to Monday’s schedules.
