TT FANS can now book well in advance for their ferry tickets to this year’s event through the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company.

There will be 233 sailings over the TT period with four confirmed vessels in service – and 115 extra sailings compared to normal schedules.

Mark Woodward, chief executive, said: “We’re pleased that passengers are able to book well in advance for TT 2008, having allowed bookings for this years’ TT since late 2007.  This is part of our ongoing commitment to improve customer service.

We currently have the following capacity/bookings to the IOM from Wednesday 21 May-Tuesday 3 June 2008.”
