Following the announcement last night, the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company website is now operational again.

Third-party suppliers of website services to the Company have resolved the problem that prevented access to the site.

Mark Woodward, Chief Executive of the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company, said: ‘I am pleased to report that our website is accessible again and that customers will be able to use the web-based booking system once more. The website is an integral part of the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company’s business, and we will be carrying out a full review of the circumstances surrounding this issue to avoid the possibility of it occurring again. I would like to thank customers who have been unable to access the website for their patience.’
